Incorporated in November 1991 as a State of Illinois Corporation, founded by Jack Hughes to serve the execution and clearing needs of institutional clients in the commodities markets. Since 1992, the firm has maintained registrations with the NFA as Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and is certified as a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) by The Market Technicians Association.
